Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Shastra ("Service"), operated by Dellos Enterprises ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Shastra is a web-to-app builder that converts websites into native Android and iOS mobile applications. The Service includes app configuration, automated build pipelines, push notification delivery, and managed App Store submission assistance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Shastra, you represent that you have the right and authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@dellos.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Build apps that violate Google Play or Apple App Store guidelines
- Distribute malware, spyware, or malicious code
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the platform
5. Payments and Refunds
The Shastra lifetime plan is a one-time payment of $99 USD. Monthly plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised payment processor.
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; no partial-month refunds are issued.
6. Builds and App Submission
We provide automated build infrastructure and submission assistance. Final approval decisions for app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) rest entirely with Google and Apple. We make no guarantee of store approval.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your website content, brand assets, and app configurations. We retain all rights to the Shastra platform, build infrastructure, and software. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of building your app.
8. Uptime and Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Build queues may experience delays during peak periods. We are not liable for losses arising from Service downtime.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Lifetime plan holders whose accounts are terminated for cause are not entitled to a refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dellos Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active users of material changes by email.
12. Seller of Record
Shastra is a product of Dellos Enterprises, D-9, Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, India. All purchases, invoices, and GST billing are issued in the name of Dellos Enterprises. Paddle.com acts as our authorised reseller and payment processor.
