This Privacy Policy explains how Dellos Enterprises ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Shastra ("Service") at shastrapps.com.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: Your email address and password when you register.
App configuration: Website URLs, brand assets (icons, splash images), colour settings, navigation menus, and CSS rules you configure for your apps.
Payment information: Billing is handled by Paddle.com. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of payment status only.
Push token data: Device tokens submitted by end-users who install your app, used solely to deliver push notifications you send via the dashboard.
Usage data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance monitoring.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service (building your app, sending push notifications)
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, build status)
- To improve and maintain the platform
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following service providers:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Paddle — payment processing
- Firebase (Google) — push notification delivery
- Render — application hosting
- Brevo — transactional email delivery
Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver their service and is bound by their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. App configurations and build artefacts are retained for 12 months after your last build. Push tokens are retained until an app is deleted or a device unregisters. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@dellos.in.
6. Cookies
The Shastra dashboard uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The landing page (shastrapps.com) uses no cookies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
